Service Terms
syncro-flux provides professional animal care services including grooming, behavioural training, wellness consultations, dental care, nutrition planning, and emergency support. By booking any of our services, you enter into an agreement subject to these terms and any additional terms specific to the service.
Booking and Appointments
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our online form, email, or phone
- We'll confirm your appointment within 24 hours of booking
- Appointment availability is subject to staff and facility capacity
- You're responsible for providing accurate information about your pet's health, behaviour, and needs
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a £20 cancellation fee
- No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service fee
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances
- If we cancel your appointment, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
- Prices are subject to change, but you'll be informed of current pricing before confirming your booking
- All prices include VAT where applicable
- Payment plan options are available for certain services—enquire for details
Your Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your pet's health, behaviour, and medical history
- Inform us of any changes to your pet's condition before appointments
- Ensure your pet is up to date with required vaccinations (where applicable)
- Disclose any known behavioural issues that may affect service delivery
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Follow pre-appointment and post-appointment care instructions
- Pay for services as agreed
- Treat our staff with respect and courtesy
Our Responsibilities and Limitations
We commit to:
- Providing professional, competent animal care services
- Treating your pet with compassion and respect
- Maintaining appropriate insurance and professional accreditations
- Following industry best practices and regulatory standards
- Communicating clearly about your pet's care
Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure your pet's safety and wellbeing:
- We're not liable for pre-existing health conditions that weren't disclosed to us
- We're not liable for injuries or illnesses that occur due to your pet's behaviour or underlying conditions that couldn't reasonably have been anticipated
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question
- We don't provide emergency veterinary services—in emergencies, contact your veterinary surgery or the nearest emergency clinic
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency during service provision:
- We'll immediately contact you using the contact details you've provided
- If we cannot reach you, we're authorised to seek emergency veterinary care on your behalf
- You're responsible for any costs associated with emergency veterinary treatment
- We'll make reasonable efforts to follow any emergency instructions you've provided during booking
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an ongoing service relationship if:
- Your pet poses a risk to staff or other animals
- You've provided false or misleading information
- Payment terms haven't been honoured
- You've been abusive or threatening towards staff
- Your pet requires specialised medical treatment beyond our scope
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of syncro-flux or our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
