Emergency support plan members have 24/7 access via our emergency line.

Before you visit

  • All appointments must be booked in advance—we don't accept walk-ins to ensure each pet receives dedicated attention
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete intake forms
  • Bring any relevant medical records or vaccination certificates
  • Dogs must be on a lead; cats should be in secure carriers
  • If your pet has anxiety, let us know during booking so we can prepare accordingly

How to find us

By Car

From the M60, take junction 12 towards Manchester city centre. Follow signs for Deansgate. We're located 5 minutes from the ring road with dedicated client parking behind the building.

By Train

Manchester Piccadilly station is a 15-minute walk. Exit onto Fairfield Street, head west towards Deansgate, turn left at the junction. We're on the right side.

By Tram

Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop is 8 minutes away on foot. Exit the station, head north on Deansgate, and look for our signage.

By Bus

Multiple bus routes stop at Deansgate/Quay Street. Numbers 33, 41, 50, and 250 all stop within 200 metres of our facility.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have a private car park for clients at the rear of the building, accessed via the service road. Parking is free for appointment holders.

Is your facility accessible?

Yes, we're fully wheelchair accessible with level access, wide doorways, accessible toilets, and accessible examination rooms.

Can I tour the facility before booking?

Absolutely. Contact us to arrange a brief facility tour. We're proud of our space and happy to show prospective clients around.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a £20 fee.

Do you offer multi-pet discounts?

Yes, households with multiple pets receive 10% off when booking services for more than one animal on the same day.

Emergency situations

If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please contact your nearest 24-hour emergency veterinary clinic immediately.
